Have you ever thought about salt cured egg yolks. Loads of recipes and suggestions for use of the finished products can be found online. Once finished they have a texture of a hard cheese and can be easily grated and are delicious on hot pasta dishes, like carbonara or just hot buttered noodles,.adding that bit of extra something!

I have never heard of such a thing. Down the rabbit hole I go!
