Two lbs of powdered sugar?
Smoked Gouda fudge would taste good with that much sugar.

Now I'll be looking for Velveeta next time I go grocery shopping. :D

Uh oh... What have I done? Lol.

I finally got around to making peanut butter fudge.  It actually turned out!  Unlike my previous attempt where my fudge came out all liquid - better for ice cream topping than fudge, lol.

I should thank you for reminding me that I have a jumbo tub of Marshmallow Fluff in the cabinet, and I'm pretty sure I have evaporated milk too.

I'm going to look into making fudge!

I'm reviving this thread because I have a question.  I've made fudge using marshmallow fluff, but I don't have any in the pantry right now.  However, I do have lots of marshmallows.  WHat do I need to change to make them work??   Does anyone know?
For the record, I have both evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk in the pantry as well.

You can also make your own marshmallow cream fairly easily. Here's a video that made it look easy to me.
