Bad Manners and Brimstone

First time poster, long time lurker here. My husband and I are invited to a housewarming party this weekend and typically I would always bring a gift. The issue is that we've already been over there a few times since being vaccinated and brought a gift the first time we visited. For most of the guests it will be their first time going over there so I'd expect that they will bring a gift.

If we've already gifted, do we gift again? I'm leaning towards bringing something small so we don't show up empty handed but would love the input of the BMBers.
