Bad Manners and Brimstone

I had to move in with my parents due to not being able to work.  They keep the thermostat at 79 degrees.  Its over 100 degrees everyday in the summer and the vent in my room doesn't work well.  Its a bone of contention with me but it's their house.  I say they can put on a sweater or something but I have to run around half naked.  I move it down to 78 when they're not looking just so I can get some sleep.  When I owned my own home, it stayed at 74 and I would still get hot.

If I were a visitor in a home, I would mention if I were too hot but I would never touch the thermostat.
