I call this the most awesome insect on the planet. It's a hummingbird moth.

And here's a great blue heron.

To summarize: An employee of a company likes spicy food for lunch; a coworker swipes it, has a bad reaction, and complains to the boss and HR. The boss is understanding, HR substantially less so, resulting in the employee eventually being fired.

-- that's not nearly the end of the story, but I don't want to spoil it.
